R E G U L A T IONS  Résidence Tournet

1. The regulations apply to all visitors staying in Résidence Tournet, 7 Miodowa Street, 31-055 Kraków.
2. The hotel room is rented for a day.
3. The hotel night lasts from 1pm to 10am next day.
4. Guests are required to show their ID card or passport upon check-in.
5. The payment for the stay is collected from the guest on the day of arrival.
6. The fee for the first night in the form of a deposit is not refundable. It is possible to use accommodation on a different date.
7. A promotional reservation  NON-REFUNDABLE, it is not subject to change.
8. Willingness to extend the stay, the hotel guest should report at the reception until 10am the day on which the rental of the room will end.
9. In case of cancellation of the Guest during the day, the fee for the stay on a given day is not refunded.
10. In the case of booking a room and not appearing until 10pm , Résidence Tournet reserves the right to charge for one night and may charge the guests credit card.
11. Prolonging the stay is possible, as far as available rooms are available.

14. Résidence Tournet is obliged to provide: conditions of full and unrestricted rest of the Guest, including keeping the secret of information about the Guest, professional and courteous service.
15. The guest should notify the reception desk about the occurrence of damage immediately after its detection.
16. At the request of the Guest, Résidence Tournet provides the following services free of charge: storage of money and valuable items during the Guests stay and storage of checked-in luggage.
17. Résidence Tournet is not responsible for money, securities and valuables not being put into a hotel deposit.
18. Résidence Tournet reserves the right to refuse to accept high-value items or large sums of money to the safe.
19. The hotel guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of technical equipment and devices resulting from his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
20. Each time leaving the room, the Guest should close the windows, turn off the TV, turn off the light, close the water supply taps and check the closing of the door.
21. A fee of 80 PLN is charged for losing keys.
22. The hotel guest can not transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which he paid the fee is not expired.
23. Smoking is forbidden throughout the entire building.
24. All hotel guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
25. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use in the rooms heaters, electric irons and other similar devices not forming the equipment of a hotel room. This does not apply to chargers and computer power supplies.
26. Personal belongings left by a leaving guest in a hotel room will be sent to the address indicated by the guest at his expense. The hotel will store these items for 3 months only.
27. The guest agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of reporting and placing the Guests data in the hotel database in accordance with the Act of 29.08.1997. about personal data protection. (Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended).
